Without the One Touch Meet service, the MS Teams Gateway calling address must be typed manually and the conference id entered when prompted. Joining the MS Teams meeting requires only one click from the traditional video conferencing device touch panel when you have implemented the MS Teams Gateway service to include the One Touch Meet service from Elisa Videra. External devices are treated as untrusted participants and the meeting host will need to grant them access to the meeting from the MS Teams lobby. The service can be configured to allow your own devices to join the meeting automatically just the same as your MS Teams participants. The security of the meetings remains at the same level as when the meeting is joined from the MS Teams application. This applies to both yours and your partner’s traditional video conferencing devices when holding a meeting in your MS Teams environment.
